How Our Golf Simulator Bookings Work
Welcome to Digital Golf — your indoor golf experience located inside ‘Lets Entertain You‘. To help you get the most out of your session, please take a moment to read through how bookings and onsite operations work.
Booking Your Bay
- Bookings are made per bay per hour, not per person.
- Whether you play alone or with friends, one booking covers up to four players.
- To secure your slot, the person making the booking must pay for the full bay.
- Your bay is private. Once your booking is confirmed, no additional players, outsiders, or strangers will be added to your bay, even if your group has fewer than four players.
- Maximum group size: 4 players.
Arriving at The Venue
- Digital Golf operates within the ‘Lets Entertain You‘ premises.
- Every person entering must pay a R30 cover charge.
- This R30 is fully redeemable on food or drinks purchased from ‘Lets Entertain You‘.
- We strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booking so we can:
- Assist with check-in
- Explain game options
- Log you into the TrackMan system
- Ensure you get your full playing time
Equipment & What to Bring
Clubs & Balls
- We provide a full set of golf clubs and balls at no extra cost.
- You may bring your own clubs, but they must be properly cleaned before use to protect the simulator equipment. (They will be inspected by staff)
- Personal golf balls are not allowed — any scratches can damage the strike screen.
Gloves
- If you prefer using a glove, please bring your own, as we do not supply gloves.
Footwear
- Golf shoes are not permitted due to the sensitivity of the strike mats.
- Please wear normal, clean footwear.
